This villa offers the highest standard of comfort and equipment on Casas del Sol. 17A is suited for sun worshippers especially with its two sunloungers on the patio. You can still escape the sun at 17A by sitting under the large canopy! The villa is located just behind
the swimming pool on the end of a small block of 4 villas and has its
own private access and benefits from 180 degree sea views - from the
beaches of Papagayo at one end to beyond the island of Fuerteventura at
the other. For the early risers, the sunrise is beautiful.
There are two small steps that go up to the large sliding patio doors which lead into the open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. Lounge: There are two comfortable settees with coffee table and reading lamp. It has a flat screen satellite TV with English channels (showing news, movies, sport and children's channels) - there is also a DVD player. Other items include a large wooden sideboard containing a CD/Radio/Cassette player and a small selection of books and games. (A large selection of books is available at the reception for free use). The lounge also benefits from air conditioning and a large ceiling fan which will keep the inside cool during really hot days (or provide heating on the rare winter nights when temperatures can drop significantly). The dining area has a good sized table and four chairs. Kitchen: Marble worktops and stainless steel appliances including: electric oven, fan, halogen hob, fridge and microwave. The kitchen is well equipped with more than enough crockery, cutlery and utensils - there is a toaster and kettle. Master bedroom: Two single beds which can be put together to make a king sized bed. The beds will already be made upon your arrival. We have put in individual reading lights and bedside lockers. The master bedroom has both air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The window is equipped with security bars is that you can also leave the windows open at night. There is a built in wardrobe providing plenty of storage space as well as a large safe to store you valuables. Second bedroom: There is a set of bunk beds, a large chest of drawers and the windows also have security bars. We have a small box of toys for young children and you will also find a cot and high chair. Bathroom: Equipped with a walk in shower which is practical for all especially the less mobile. The wooden vanity unit provides plenty of storage space and come sequipped with bathroom scales and a hairdryer.
Outside our Casas del Sol villas The terrace is accessed through a wooden gate which can be locked making it safe for small children. It has been newly tiled and decorated with pots containing local plants, it also offers privacy due to its elevated position and, as mentioned earlier, it has fantastic sea views.
The sun shines constantly on the terrace which is great for sun worshipers who can use the two sun loungers. When the sun gets too much, or for those who like the shade, you can sit under the large canopy and admire the views. Also on the terrace you will find a cupboard containing the washing machine, iron and clothes dryer. There is a BBQ and a table and chairs for outside dining.
