Prices based on 2 people sharing.
Please add £25 or 30 Euros per week and per person extra. No other extras. Babies in cot and second child are free.
A 30% deposit will be required at the time of booking with the balance being due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of your departure date then the whole amount will be due at the time of booking.
Changeover days are usually Thursdays or Sundays (Thursday is the main changeover day for all rentals in Lanzarote as this is when most airlines fly here). However we remain flexible and, providing we have the availability, then you are welcome to arrive and depart on the day that suits you best. We are also flexible on the duration of your stay, in fact we have many guests that like to stay 10 days and we then simply work out the price on a pro-rata basis so that you are not paying for any nights that you have not used.
A twice weekly cleaning service is included in the price as well as sheets and bath towels which will be changed at least once a week. You will only need to bring your own beach/pool towels with you. Prices also include electricity, water and local taxes.

*Please Note: The air-conditioning is operated by a coin meter which takes 1 euros coins. We have had to make this an extra charge as it would be impossible to estimate usage. We believe that a coin meter is the fairest way as otherwise we would have to increase our rental prices to allow for this which would not be fair as not everyone will be using it due to weather conditions etc. We have also provided ceiling fans in both the lounge and the master bedroom which is, of course, included. The air-conditioning can be used not only to keep the villa cool when it is very hot outside but also to provide heating on the occasional cool nights in January where temperatures can drop significantly from the daytime highs.
