Excellent villa in a great location and we loved it all. The quality of the accommodation was far better than we have experienced in previous years elsewhere with a fantastic patio area which we enjoyed every evening.

We had great expectations of the villa from the start as the pictures on your site were lovely – but we were surprised still by not only the amazing standard of the villa itself but the complex and location. The villa was amazingly well equipped with everything we needed and the brilliant terrace was much used. As for the complex...it’s all beautifully maintained. We used the pool area every day and it was never crowed and we were also pleasantly surprised that apart from the toddler pool that one end of the main pool was also suitable for our 3 year old who loved being able to use the big pool with his Mummy and Daddy. Location wise we could not fault it. It was so nice to be able to walk out both day and night to Playa Blanca as well as accessing other areas of the island.

We have already agreed that the next time we visit Lanzarote just the 3 of us we would definitely stay with you again.

We had a lovely holiday and the location and resort suited us perfectly. Our little boy didn’t want to come home and wanted to stay in his holiday house for ever and ever (his words).
We would use the villa again as it was ideal for us as a family with the location and the facilites.

The villa 17A has a great view over the harbour and sea with Fuerteventura hills in the distance. The villa is well equipped
and comfortable for 2 people. We felt quite at home

Superb booking arrangements, good advance information, spacious villa, fully equipped, very comfortable, very private and relaxed complex. Very close to centre so a lovely walk to restaurants etc. Can’t be faulted for anybody who wants a high standard of self-catering accommodation in a low key resort.

We had a really lovely family holiday and the villa was perfect for us and our two young children and gave us a very comfortable break. The villa was of exceptional standard and the complex was immaculately kept. We all had a very relaxing and peaceful holiday. It was also a great location and meant we could easily walk along the promenade of Playa Blanca to enjoy the many restaurants.
We shall be recommending the villa to friends and if we ever plan on returning to Lanzarote then we wouldn’t hesitate to rebook.

Have just got back from a fabulous week staying at villa 2A which was recommended to us by friends. We loved our week at 17A Casas del Sol and would highly recommend this villa for a perfectly relaxing break in the sun. The furnishings and décor are of the highest standard, and the view from the terrace (which has the sun all day) is wonderful.

Best complex in the area with villas in prime location hence repeat visits. All well maintained and looked after, the villa 17A is also in a prime position with sea views.

We had the most wonderful stay in Playa Blanca. Having been there before, we were familiar with the location of the villa complex, which is perfect for getting around the resort. One of the reasons we like Playa Blanca so much is that it's such a peaceful resort, and the complex itself was wonderfully restful. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the staff were, without exception, very friendly and welcoming.

The pool area was wonderful, and never overcrowded. It was lovely to be able to swim in warm water - very few pools are heated there! - and the salt water pool was a blessed respite from swimming in chlorinated pools. Our daughter loved the children's pool, and we cheerfully spent a good hour with her there almost every afternoon.

The villa itself was perfect for our needs. We really appreciated the courtyard to the front, where we could lock the gate and let our daughter (15 months old) could run around and play in safety where we could watch her. The fact that the villa led directly onto the patio with only the most minimal of steps to negotiate was also ideal for our adventurous young lady who had only been walking 2 months at that stage... she actually learned how to step up and down safely on her own while we were there, thanks to the very low access!

Location-wise, it was ideal. For shopping, it's a quick stroll to the nearby Spar shop and within easy walking distance of Hiper-Dino and Netto, and the beaches and restaurants were all within a leisurely stroll. We took our daughter to Playa Flamingo most mornings for swimming and sandcastles, and it was great to have the choice to either eat out for lunch or dine al fresco back at the villa. The kitchen met all of our cooking needs and was very well stocked, and the inclusion of plenty of plastic plates and cups for kids prevented numerous toddler-orchestrated mishaps.

We would definitely love to return very soon, and have no hesitation in recommending your villa - we had a wonderful holiday.

The complex is beautifully maintained and very quiet although minutes from the centre of Playa Blanca with its shops and numerous restaurants. The Villa was spotless and had everything you could ever need on a holiday.

Very impressed with all the arrangements from day one of the booking. When flight home due there was a possibility of delays and owner, Paul, offered facilities of the villa when an incoming client was cancelled. All facilities excellent, will recommend with no hesitation.

We had an absolutely fabulous holiday in this villa – it had everything required and more. Probably the best holiday location and set-up of our many holidays in Lanzarote. Would definitely like to return.
Reception staff were very helpful; also sold water and some basics if you arrive late.
