A brief history...

Having purchased 26C Casas del Sol as a holiday home in January 2007 we realised its rental potential - especially as we fully modernised the 30 year old villa to suit our young families holiday requirements. As the villa was primarily for our own use we spared no expense in turning it into our perfect holiday home and this means that you are not likely to find a higher standard of holiday accommodation. We believe that we are the only people to offer air-conditioning which, for us as a family, is essential during the long hot summer days. The air conditioning is also reversible so that it can provide heating during the winter months, when temperatures can occasionally drop considerably at night from the daytime highs. 

Since the arrival of our first guests in April 2007 we have been very pleased by the positive comments of our guests as you can see by clicking here: Guest Book. More than half of our guests have re-booked for the following year with some staying with us upto 3 times a year. Many of our guests have been Casas del Sol regulars for many years.

In July 2008 we decided to purchase our second property on Casas del Sol, 17A which, we chose due to its excellent elevated position which provides fantastic sea views. 17A has been refurbished to exactly the same high standard of comfort, quality and equipment that has led to the high rate of repeat bookings for our own villa, 26C.

Villa 2A has been in our family since Casas del Sol first opened nearly 30 years ago when Playa Blanca was just a small fishing village. Previously used for friends and family we decided to fully refurbish 2A in May 2009 and have now made this also available to rent following many requests from our exisiting clients lookijg to rent a larger holiday home.
